Colorado coordinates may not always reach NSOPW. In that case, a radius search can fall back to ZIP coverage. Mobile location radii are one-quarter, one-half, or one mile where supported. A fallback is broader than a true point radius and should be described that way.
The official national registry search is the proper cross-state layer for name, ZIP, and address-radius checks.

No Blanket Colorado Distance Rule
No blanket statewide school or park distance exclusion was found in the official research. A residence question may instead turn on local rules, a court order, parole or probation terms, or another supervision condition. It is inaccurate to draw a standard circle around every school or park and call the space unlawful for every registrant.
